q. I use Right Move, why should I move to you?
a. We do not suggest moving from Right Move or indeed any other similar site. Property Seller is designed to complement such sites, we can also link into to most Property sites.
q. I have an existing hosting company, will Property Seller work?
a. If your current provider supports PHP, mySQL the answer is yes. Please note that the leased plan is a hosted solution only. If your current provider does not support PHP, mySQL then Enhance partners a hosting company that offer affordable hosting solutions see pricing for more information.
q. Does it really take less than 10 minutes to load a property?
a. Yes, after a short training session, you be able to create a property in under 10 minutes. We suggest compiling your text in a program such a Microsoft Word and then cut and paste into Property Seller.
q. I have a web site at the moment and I am unhappy with the branding, can you help?
a. Yes, Enhance have a dedicated team of graphic designers. The team will discuss your needs and create you with a new look, and it won’t cost the earth!
q. We have 3 offices; can we all use the system?
a. Yes, unlike other property sites, Property Seller allows you to show properties from multiple offices/areas.
q. How many images can I add?
a. Unlimited. Although each image takes time to load on a computer, so we suggest this is limited to 6 per property.
q. I like to show floor plans, can this be done?
a. Yes, and when it is clicked a larger view is available.
q. Can the details be printed out by prospective purchaser?
a. Yes, it is branded with your details on and all property images will appear.
